Can'...Thanks for sharing your Whole30 journey! Can't wait to hear more about training fueling (pre, post, during) as I haven't figured that out. I did Whole 30 December (yep, during the holidays) very successfully. It ended on New Year's Eve, so I had my wine, chocolate and rich, buttery food and then when right back to clean eating. The only thing I've added back in the past 16 days is cream in my coffee and a couple of my homemade treats with honey (Chocolate Coconut Gelato!) on big workout days. BUT, I'm not doing well with 4:45 am eating and what to eat after workouts as there's conflicting info out there on protein/carb/fat ratios.
